Each day a letter of the alphabet will be given to help prompt your creativity and help you see things in nature that you may have taken for granted in the past

Your pre and post survey will help you to see how far you have moved the needle on your overall well-being.

Points will be awarded based on your participation level which you will be able to track in the Leaderboard and use towards future courses.
